meframes:

This means that the delivery times mentioned are approximate and not guaranteed. They provide an estimate of the time it may take for delivery or processing of a shipment, but this time may vary due to various factors.

Geopolitical events, such as diplomatic tensions, changes in international regulations, or sanctions, can disrupt supply chains and delivery services.

Strikes in the transport, logistics, or customs sectors can cause significant interruptions in delivery services.

Armed conflicts or regional tensions can severely impact supply chains and delivery services.

Extreme weather conditions, such as storms, floods, hurricanes, or heavy snowfall, can disrupt transport and delivery services.

Stock management challenges can also cause delivery delays.

Subject to Customs: This clause clarifies that the announced delivery times may be affected by customs procedures. Customs has the right to inspect, control, or hold shipments crossing international borders, which may cause unexpected delays. This means that the maximum period during which customs can hold a package is 30 days.

Instructions for Receiving Goods:

Regardless of the carrier, you are fully responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. We always take out insurance, but these insurances will only reimburse you if you "make a reservation" on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier.

Be cautious, if a product is damaged, do not state that the packaging is in good condition. Some unscrupulous delivery personnel may ask you to do so.

Note that insurance will not provide any reimbursement if this happens.

For some shipping methods, it is possible to track the delivery online using a tracking number (e.g., 9V755541268). This number will be sent to you by email when your order is dispatched.

Please be aware that this is not always available, as some freight carriers do not offer this service.
